HEALTH SECRETS OF RADISH

1. Respiratory Decongestant: The pungent flavor of radish acts as a decongestant, eliminating excess mucus and helping soothe chronic bronchial flare-ups, sinus infections, sore throat, asthma, allergic irritations, and colds.
