Everybody knows about Ginger but merely few know that it is very effective medicine for controlling sugar level. According to indigenous knowledge of Indian tribesmen, take 5 gram fresh Ginger, grate and boil it in a cupful of water till it remains half. Filter and take it twice a day, once before the breakfast and other before going to bed in the night. Do this for minimum for 2 month.
