Ayurvedic tips to reduce obesity:

• Lime juice+honey water is very accurate home remedy in the case of obesity. Mix a teaspoon of honey with juice created by half a lime along with water and takes this mixture in regular intervals.
Trifala,has been proved as an excellent remedy for reducing weight and obesity.
• Take 1 or 2 riped tomatoes instead of breakfast. This should be followed regularly for a couple of months.

• Exercises like brisk walking, jogging, playing out door games etc help to reduce weight.
• Sleeping well for sufficient hours is important. Avoid sleeping in the afternoons to help increase the burning of calories. This prevents slowing of basal metabolic rate.
• Avoiding food and drinks which increase kapha and medha – sweets, sweetened drinks, large quantities of carbohydrates and oily food – is essential.
• Mental exertion like stress or striving to find solutions to problems also restrict food consumption in some people, thereby reducing the intake of calories.

- Apply a paste made of papita (papaya), avocado, and banana on your face, and let it dry for 15 minutes then using warm water wash your face (for making paste---mix avocado, one banana, and a half piece of papaya).
- For removing dry skin and clearing scars, apply a paste of papaya. This brings effective result.
- Make a paste using egg yolk (one teaspoon), milk powder (1-2 teaspoon), and honey (one te
aspoon). Apply this paste on face, neck and other dry skin area and let it dry for 10-15 minutes then wash your face using cold water.
- Kheera (Cucumber) face pack is also very beneficial for the treatment of dry skin. Apply a paste made of cucumber on face and other dry skin area. This moisturizes skin naturally and makes the skin supple and soft.
- Take a half tablespoon of honey and mix it with 1-2 tablespoon of rose water. Apply on face, neck, and other dry skin area. This is natural and safe. This mixture cleans the skin, tones it, and makes it glowing.
- Face massage using almond oil makes the skin soft and removes dryskin.
- Drink a lots of fresh water and take care about your foods.
