AYURVEDIC HOME REMEDY TO CURE HYPOTHYROIDISM

Mix powdered long pepper (Piper longum / Pippali), dried Ginger root, dried Amla and Bark of Kanchanar tree (Bauhinia variegata) in equal proportion. Take 1 teaspoon of this mixture with lukewarm water, thrice a day. 

WHAT IS HYPOTHYROIDISM ?

Hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid gland) is the medical term used to describe a condition in which there is a reduced level of thyroid hormone (thyroxine) in the body.

As per this Ayurvedic reference, prepare a mixture of 1 pinch of Saffron powder with 1 teaspoon of cow ghee (clarified butter). Now, Instil 1 or 2 drops of this saffron-ghee into your each nostril and take deep breathe. It is better to start this procedure with a single drop into each nostril and do only in morning.
